The bathroom was good-sized, and the room itself was compact and beautiful. A shower and a hair dryer were a plus. The location of the hotel was excellant - not very far from Sea Life Loch Lomond Aquarium.

The location was good and stunning because it was near to Loch Lomond Castle & play area, the outskirts of Balloch on the old Luss road and the bonnie bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. The beds were very comfy and the room was compact and spacious. The personal was amicable and excellent.
We expected there would be parking lot.

You guys made my stay nice. Had compact and exceptionally comfortable room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, so I slept well. There was an absolutely clean.

The room was compact and beautiful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Its location was great, continental in nature. The staff were friendly and excellent with any request.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met needs, would recomand it. Everything was perfectly fine, including affable staff and handy location to the restaurant we were meeting friends in.
